Hillary L. Berger, LCSW
Director of Social Services
As an individual personally impacted by adoption, Hillary has been actively involved in advocating for ethical domestic adoptions since 2011. Hillary earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, GA in 2003, and she earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University in 2019. She joined our team when ACF Adoptions and Adoption Authority merged in 2022. Her roles have included serving on the Board of Directors (2012-2014), volunteering (2014), working as the Operations Coordinator (2015-2019) and Executive Director (2019-2022) of Adoption Authority.
Hillary works in our Jacksonville office and is primarily responsible for strategic planning, program development, and program funding.
